In doing so, they are dedicated to complying with all applicable customer, legal and regulatory requirements, as well as other obligations the company subscribes, such as environmental protection, damage prevention and the health and safety of staff during their daily activities.
PANIKER applies a system of quality and environmental management, and legal compliance, in every aspect of its operation, from health and safety in the workplace, to the decisions made by the Global Management team, making every effort to reduce risks affecting the company and interested parties.
PANIKER establishes the following commitments:
✓ Determine and provide the necessary resources to implement and maintain this Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management System, ensuring their use of resources is rational and effective.
✓ Offer quality services and products that meet the client’s requirements, and complies with all legal and applicable regulations and other obligations to which the company subscribes (such as those related to environmental concerns, health and safety, energy efficiency, specific construction and innovation standards) to meet the expectations of our customers.
✓ Comply with the requirements established in the Standard: UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015.
CREATE TYPES OF GLUES AND ADHESIVES THAT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF OUR CLIENTS, INNOVATING PRODUCTS TO IMPROVE COST, APPLICATION AND OUR ENVIRONMENTAL FOOTPRINT.
✓ Our Management System is aimed at satisfying the needs and expectations of Clients, while preventing Environmental and Labour Impacts.
✓ Establish annual objectives and indicators for each activity, process and sub-process, that are measurable and consistent with our policy of quality, environment, and health and safety at work, and that this policy serves as a frame of reference for the planning of further objectives and goals within our integrated system.
✓ This system should be oriented towards risk management with the aim of reducing, eliminating and preventing deficiencies of quality, while also being committed to its continuous improvement and effectiveness.
✓ The environmental effects of our processes are regularly recorded, evaluated and controlled.
✓ The risks that affect occupational safety and health are regularly identified, evaluated and monitored, continuously improving the management and performance of the SST.
✓ Communicate and explain our policy of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety to the personnel of PANIKER, as well as those external interested parties that may be affected by them (clients, suppliers, subcontractors, local administrations, regional, national and European shareholders).
✓ Reduce the production of waste, emissions, noise and unnecessary disturbances, as well as dispose or treat them accordingly, in compliance with applicable regulations.
✓ Reduce damage and optimise health and safety in the workplace by carrying out assessments of occupational risk and updating prevention plans, while also documenting accidents and incidents using the SST system.
✓ Promote awareness among all interested parties, both internal and external.
This policy is documented, implemented and maintained using our quality, environment and health and safety manual, and is periodically reviewed by the PANIKER Management Committee.
